Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

1. What PickMe is

PickMe lets streamers on Kick and Twitch collect giveaway entries from their chat, pick winners, show overlays on stream and display a leaderboard. By creating an account or using PickMe, you agree to these terms.

2. Who can use it

3. Giveaways are the streamer's responsibility

4. Things you must not do

We may suspend accounts or release channels that break these rules or are reported for abuse.

5. Leaderboards

When you add a leaderboard link, PickMe reads the publicly shown standings from that page to display them. You are responsible for having the right to show that data on your stream.

6. Service

PickMe is provided as is, without guarantees that it will always be available or error free. Chat connections depend on Kick and Twitch and may stop working if they change their systems. We may change or end features at any time.

7. Tips

Tips sent to the developer are voluntary gifts and do not buy any service, feature or refund.

What we store

Chat messages

While a channel is connected, PickMe reads its public chat to count entries and filter bots. Chat messages are kept in memory only while needed and are not saved to the database, except winners' usernames in the winner log.

Cookies

PickMe uses one sign-in cookie for streamers and one for mods. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Who processes data

PickMe runs on Render (hosting) and Neon (database). Password reset emails may be sent through Resend. We do not sell your data.

Deleting your data

You can remove channels from your dashboard at any time. To delete your account and data, contact PickMe support .

18+ and responsible gambling

PickMe is often used by casino and gambling streamers. Gambling involves real risk of losing money. Never gamble with money you can't afford to lose, and never treat it as a way to make income.

If gambling stops being fun, take a break and get support. Free, confidential help is available from organisations such as BeGambleAware and Gambling Therapy, which offers support in many countries and languages.
